Public Services Credit Union
The renovation of the new Public Services Credit Union premises at 4–5 Lincoln Place, Dublin.
This project reimagines an existing building as a modern, sustainable, and welcoming environment for staff and members. By retaining and upgrading the original structure, the design significantly reduces embodied carbon while improving energy performance through enhanced glazing, lighting, and building services.
The interior combines clarity and warmth, with generous natural light, glazed partitions, integrated lighting, and high-quality finishes, creating a calm and professional atmosphere. Flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and breakout areas support collaboration and privacy, while planting and acoustic treatments enhance comfort and well-being.
The result is a contemporary, user-focused credit union environment that reflects the organisation’s community values and long-term vision.
