Kilcock Residential Development
This 1.2 Hectare site is located at the very edge of Kilcock and is flanked on the north boundary by the River Rye and by the R148 to Maynooth on the south boundary. The Grand Canal is opposite and to the south of the R148. A Lidl store forms the west boundary for the entire width of the site.
The proposal will provide 75 dwellings (10 Terraced Houses and 65 Apartments), shared and private amenity space, bicycle and car parking. The design focus on the location of the site at the entrance to Kilcock Town and aim to provide a creative and robust architectural solution to enhance the local context and create first class living.
